central database.
Job Descriptions can be linked to Appraisal
Templates and Agreements/Plans to ensure
perfect alignment between them.
Multirater
Module
The add-on Multirater Module allows you to,
as part of the 'regular' Performance Appraisals,
request up to FIVE 'other' (Multi-) raters
to provide input to an employee's performance.
This functionality is highly suitable for
matrix organizations, but also if you have
employees who work with (or have worked with)
more than one manager during a performance
period.
NOTE: The Multirater Module is different to
